In the tree house
For structural reasons (e.g. risk of falling), our tree houses are unfortunately not suitable for children under 10 years! If you are traveling with small children, please choose our Camp Flintstone or our campsite.
We rent the tree houses regardless of the number of people. A discount for children can therefore not be granted.

At the campsite or in the farmhouse room
Children under 4 years are free of charge.
Children from 4 to 10 years are charged with 50% and
children after the 10th birthday pay the full amount.

Cancellation with refund:
- more than 90 days before arrival - full refund minus € 8,00 bank-, PayPal- and processing fee
- less than 90 days before arrival - 50% cancellation fees - 50% refund
- less than 60 days before arrival - 70% cancellation fees - 30% refund
- less than 30 days before arrival - 100% cancellation fees - no refund

Cancellation with voucher:
If you cancel up to 14 days before arrival, you will receive a non-transferable voucher that is valid for 18 months without any deductions. This only applies to direct bookings via TreeHouse.Rent and not to bookings via Booking dot com, Expedia and other third-party sites.

"Why can't I cancel free of charge 24 hours before arrival?"
For the majority of tourists, Namibia is not a spontaneous travel destination. On average, our bookings are 6 to 18 months in advance! A booking blocks further rental for other interested parties and a short-term cancellation results in 99.9% vacancy. Therefore, we unfortunately have to apply the cancellation conditions listed above.

Full payment upon booking.
Payments online by transfer to our Namibian bank account or with credit cards and selected countries also direct debit from your account via PayPal.
Unfortunately we do not accept any credit cards on site - only cash payments in Namibian Dollar!

Check-out: till 11am
Early check-in and late check-out on request.

PRICES
All prices shown here are the normal prices valid today. Special offers and bookings in the future may have different prices. The prices valid at your check-in will be displayed on our online booking page after entering the booking date! The base price is shown in €. All other currencies, except Namibian dollars, are adjusted daily to the current exchange rate.

CATERING
Please understand that we can only offer meals if you book in advance. This applies in particular to a possible dinner on the day of your arrival!
We only cater directly at your accommodation.

PETS
Pets are allowed on request at no extra charge. Please note that there are several dogs "at home" here at the main building.

MISCELLANEOUS
All accommodations are neither designed nor accessible for handicapped people.
The swimming pool does not have a non-swimmer area..

All tree house bookings placed before August 31, 2021 can be canceled on both sides with a full refund without deductions.
